  Install and adjust the transmission part based on the large gear of the main engine. The tooth width of the pinion is uniform at both sides of the tooth surface of the large gear. The tooth surface of the pinion is parallel to the tooth surface of the big gear, and the tooth side clearance is kept at the minimum 0.25mm (about a layer of hard box cigarette wrapping paper). From the contact marks of large and small gears, the contact marks should account for more than 60% of the total length, and the height of contact marks should account for about 40% of the total height.

  If the contact mark deviates to one end of the width of the tooth surface, it indicates that the tooth surface is not parallel. If the transmission gear is squeezed to death in a week, the gear clearance is too small, and the pinion should be made to leave the big gear a little bit.

  8, pinion: when installing, attention should be paid to the temporary support between the lower connecting flange of the gear cover and the foundation, which can prevent the interference between the gear cover and the gear shaft. And the pinions on both sides should be installed the same. When installing pinions, it is necessary to ensure that the center line of the large and small gears is connected to the horizontal and the angle is 25 °- 26 °.

  Because the cylinder length of the large ball mill is long, the weight is large, and the installation cannot be completed manually, the installation can not be completed manually, so that the deviation can be caused during the hoisting by the external tool, so that the ball mill cylinder body does not appear in a horizontal position, and the problem can be solved.

  The difficulty is solved:

  1. Measure the distance between the height of the large gear ring at the two ends of the cylinder and the ground. When the distance between the two ends is equal, it will be explained that the cylinder of the large ball mill is parallel to the ground and is in a horizontal state.

  2, the line of sight is parallel to the bearing cover, the bearing cover at both ends should be as far from the inner diameter surface of the hollow shaft, if the distance is different, it should be adjusted, which is related to the effect of feeding and discharging when the ball mill works in the later stage.

  Difficulty 2, installation difficulty of motor and actuator

  The difficulty in installing the motor and the drive is how to ensure the degree of engagement between gears and whether the fitting between the gears and the respective gear shafts are tight.

  To overcome the difficulties:

  Whether the gear and gear shaft chimerism fastening needs you to personally test, but the meshing between gear and gear is not so easy to check out, in fact, we can be detected according to the following methods: from the meshing marks of large and small gears, the tooth side gap should be left with 0.25mm clearance, the contact marks should account for more than 60% of the total length, and the height of contact marks should account for about 40% of the total height. If the contact mark is not in the middle of the tooth surface of the other side, it is not installed in place and needs to be adjusted again.

  The difficulty of installation of speed reducer is how to level and find the right.

  To overcome the difficulties:

  1. Check the center line on the foundation, and require the speed reducer, the slow-drive transmission shaft and the diaphragm coupling, the main motor and the ball mill to be on the same center line.

  2. Complete the installation of the mill before the main reducer is installed. Check the mill level and take over the flange mounting quality.

  3, the leveling of the reducer pays attention to adjusting the placement of the cushion iron: the elevation of the temporary adjustment block conforms to the design size, and the standard adjustment block is less than 1 mm of the temporary adjustment block. The adjustment block is placed on the cement sand pier pad iron and is a set of adjustable inclined cushion iron. The temporary adjustment block is used for the general adjustment after the reducer is in place, and then the formal adjustment block is used to correct the reducer. Adjust the concentricity and verticality of reducer and mill and the level of lower box. The elevation of the reducer is 1 mm higher than the actual standard, so that it can be adjusted in the future.

  Difficulty 4. Installation of liner of large Ball Mill

  The installation difficulty of liner lies in how to make the liner smooth and close without warping, and the seal is strict.

  1. The inner body of the mill cylinder should be clean and clean, and the surface of the liner in contact with the inner wall of the cylinder and the adjacent surface between the liner and the liner should be smooth and clean.

  2. When installing the liner, a layer of wet cement mortar should be laid on the inner wall of the cylinder before the liner is covered, and then the liner should be immediately covered on the cement mortar and the bolt should be tightened. The bolt should also remember to seal the gasket well, otherwise the bolt will not be fastened and the liner will easily be raised.
