Cement mill ball mill dust collector is introduced to absorb various kinds of coal mill, raw material mill, cement mill, packaging machine, crusher and other machine dust. When the inlet concentration is less than or equal to 200g/m3, the outlet emission concentration is lower than 50mg/m3. Cement factory ball mill dust collector bag, bag cage production requirements:

1 The bag dust collector bag bag cage reaches the upper part of the flower plate, the filter bag and the cage bone, the cage bone is fixed, the safety is discharged, and the filter bag is not rubbed, thereby prolonging the service life of the filter bag.

2 The design, material, processing technology, surface treatment, inspection, packaging and transportation of the bag dust collector bag (φ130×6600mm) are carried out according to industry standards. It is guaranteed to have good elasticity, strength, rigidity and precision. The surface is smooth and burr-free, which is beneficial to improve the life of the filter bag. The service life is 20,000 hours.

The 3-bag filter cage is made of treated carbon steel. The material of the bag cage is #20 steel. The bag cage is light and sturdy, and the longitudinal ribs and the backing ring of the bag cage are evenly distributed. 10 to Ø4 mm carbon steel longitudinal rib lines are used, and the spacing between the back ribs is 200 mm.

6 The longitudinal reinforcement and the backing ring of the bag filter bag have sufficient strength and rigidity to withstand the gas pressure of the filter bag in the state of filtration and cleaning, and ensure that the plastic deformation is less than 3 mm after running for 1 hour under the negative pressure of 3000Pa. There is no desoldering of the solder joints. It can prevent damage and deformation caused by collisions and impacts during normal transportation and installation.

The 7-bag filter cage is installed without special tools and the concentricity is not lower than the specifications and standards.

8 The surface anti-corrosion treatment of the bag filter bag is sprayed with silicone surface, and the coating thickness is not more than 50μm.

Commissioning instructions for cement mill ball mill dust collector:

1. After the completion of the installation (testing) of the ball mill dust remover in the cement plant, the ash discharge valve and the screw conveyor are debugged. The manual and the automatic are first, and the mechanical parts should be free from looseness and jamming. It is easy and flexible. Good sealing. Then carry out 8 hours of no-load test operation.

2. Simulate the no-load test on the PLC program control cabinet. First check the pulse valve one by one. The smoothness of the exhaust valve, the ash discharge valve and the screw conveyor line and the opening and closing of the valve are normal. Then the time is controlled according to the time. The program carries out the cleaning of the whole process of each room, and should be timed and accurate. The components are operated without errors, and the controlled valve is opened and closed as required.

3. Linkage commissioning: Before the fan starts, first open the cylinders of each chamber, then the system fan will carry out the load linkage under the operating conditions, repeat the second strip for operation.

4, the actual load operation: the process equipment is officially running, the long bag offline pulse bag filter is officially filtered and dusted, and the PLC program control cabinet is officially put into operation (usually 5-10 minutes ahead of time), and the moving parts and valves are inspected at any time. Record the operating parameters. If the timing is controlled, the filter bag should be cleaned manually after the resistance of the precipitator reaches the specified resistance value (such as 1470-1770Pa). After the specified value, manually open the PLC control cabinet to clean the filter bag, so that it is cycled several times. After obtaining the smooth interval between the secondary cleaning cycles, the time data can be used as the base of the "timing" control of the PLC program control cabinet and input into the control cabinet. Then, the PLC program control cabinet can be automatically put into operation.

5. The commissioning work of the ball mill dust remover in the cement plant is completed.
