    Raw material ball mill, also known as raw material mill, is a commonly used grinding equipment in mineral processing process. Raw material mill is mainly divided into dry raw material mill, wet raw material mill, cement raw material mill and so on. It is often used for grinding materials in mineral processing production line. The raw material mill has the integrated structure of cylinder cover and hollow shaft, and the whole mill has a special streamline style, which reduces the resistance of air flow, increases the available volume, is easy to discharge, and increases the output of finished products. Raw material ball mill is generally used for open-flow grinding or multi-cycle flow grinding composed of raw material mill itself and powder separator, and it is also commonly used in the processing of materials in some industrial and mining enterprises.

    1.The raw material mill adopts a large end cover that is the end cover and hollow shaft are integral castings.
     
    2.The high quality streamline design is adopted in the large end cover and discharge system which reduces the ventilation resistance increases the effective volume is easy to discharge and increases the output of the mill.
     
    3.The raw material mill is a single warehouse structure the grinding inner liner board is designed and different liner structures are adopted according to the different stages of the raw material mill which greatly improves the grinding efficiency.
     
    4.The working pressure in the raw material mill is negative pressure which effectively prevents the occurrence of powder leakage. The drying hot air introduces air into the high temperature waste gas at the end of the kiln and the heat preservation measures are adopted in the raw material mill and the drying capacity of the material is up to 6% and 8%.
     
    5.DCS interface is reserved for the electronic control of raw material mill to meet the needs of centralized control of users.
