    Decrease Dioxin Emission Dramatically

    In the collaborative processing of garbage disposal and cement kiln production garbage is thrown from bottom part of calciner. Garbage will flow from bottom to upper space in the combustion. The calciner temperature is 850-900℃. Gas retention period is more than 6 seconds. Dioxin will be fully decomposed.

    Integrated Design of Calciner and Chamber

    The integrated design of garbage pyrolysis chamber and clinker production line calciner makes the garbage preheated and partially burned before throwing into the decomposition calciner. The temperature of garbage entering the calciner is high,which has little effect on the calciner. Meanwhile, the integrated design is compact in size with high thermal efficiency.

    no requirement of garbage classification

    After entering the plant,the household garbage will be directly poured into the garbage pool. The garbage will be sent to the pretreatment workshop by operating the garbage grab in the control room. After crushing and sorting in the pretreatment workshop,garbage will be sent to the clinker production line for co-processing treatment.

    Completed Process of Garbage Treatment without leakage

    1、Smelled air generated from garbage will be conducted to cement kiln by exhaust fan as cooling air or combustion air.
    2、Garbage Leachate will be conducted into calciner for combustion.
    3、 The slag of garbage after incineration will be directly delivered to the rotary kiln as raw meal addition. The clinker’s quality will remain same without influence through Jiangsu Lvssn’s process.
    4、The garbage combustion will generate some thermal heat which saves partial fuel cost and reduces the plant system’s heat consumption.
